For Tuesday you should read “Science as Open Source Process” and “Cold War Networks” by Kittler (course reader) as well as “Protocol vs. Institutionalization” by Galloway (also in the course reader). Finally you should watch Understanding Net Neutrality (short video).

After completing the reading you should post to your blog. For this post relate the readings to another item of interest on the web (for example a story about legislating the web). Do this by Monday night.
