On Tuesday we will continue our discussion about media as representation by turning to Ong and McLuhan. You should read the “Introduction,” and “Chp 4: Writing Restructures Consciousness” (both on eReserve) You should also read two pieces by McLuhan, the first “The Medium is the Message” is on eReserve, the second “The Playboy Interview” is available online. After reading post to your blog and comment on at least four of your peers blogs.
